Working Together
Working together- We work alongside agencies to make sure our residents receive Tailormade support in order to give everyone a chance to feel part of the community they live in, and feel connected to society, once a referral is received, you will be asked to meet one of our friendly staff to carry out an assessment to ensure our service is right for you.
