Your Journey to Independence

Our staff are experienced in working with a wide variety of issues, and if there is anything they cannot help with, they’ll know the agencies where to signpost you to agencies that can!

When living in our accommodation, you’ll be assigned a support worker, who will work with you to devise a support plan and set goals for you to work towards.

We are a supported housing service based in Nottingham.

Services we offer

Safe and Secure Housing

We provide shared and self-contained accommodation options. Rent is covered by housing benefit.

Support Worker

You’ll be assigned a dedicated support worker who will work alongside you to create a personalized support plan and set achievable goals.

Medical Appointment Booking

We can help you schedule essential medical appointments to ensure your well-being.

Housing Benefit Assistance

Our staff can assist you in applying for housing benefit to cover your rent.

Finding Permanent Housing

We’ll help you navigate the process of finding your own permanent accommodation, empowering you to live independently and confidently.

Referral Network

Our experienced staff can provide guidance and referrals to other agencies that can address specific needs we may not be able to directly support.

To apply for housing through our agency, individuals need to be referred by local homelessness agencies. The agencies can make online referrals to us, and we will then assess their eligibility and place them on our waiting list.

We provide both shared and self-contained properties depending on availability and individual needs.

Generally, clients will initially be offered a room in our shared accommodation. If the client consistently follows the requirements of the license agreement, he/she may then be offered a self-contained flat or bedsit.

We offer comprehensive support services aimed at helping individuals secure permanent accommodation and address any medical needs. This includes assistance in applying for permanent housing and scheduling medical appointments.

Our staff are available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Additionally, we have a staff member on call 24/7 for emergencies.
