Tate Housing is committed to ensuring that individuals who require supported accommodation receive a fair and transparent allocation process that prioritises those in the greatest need. We accept referrals for individuals aged 18 and over, with priority given to those who have a local connection to Nottingham City. Our referral process is designed to ensure that each person is placed in the most appropriate accommodation to meet their individual needs and circumstances.
Every referral undergoes a comprehensive risk assessment, enabling us to determine the most suitable housing option – whether that’s a shared house or self-contained bedsit. This careful approach helps us to maintain safe and supportive environments for all our residents.
We work closely with a wide range of partner agencies, including Nottingham City Council, probation services, homelessness service, and local mental health teams. This multi-agency approach ensures that individuals receive holistic support through their time with us.
